One of my uni work found while cleaning up my room :P

Inspired by Johannes Vermeer's masterwork 'Girl with a Pearl earring'

Chinese Zodiac signs (yr4 seme1 work)

rat,ox,tiger,rabbit

dragon,snake,horse,sheep

monkey,rooster,dog,pig

These are watercolour illustration based on Chinese Zodiac signs done during Yr4 semester 1..

I tried visualizing the connection between human and animal signs, using different gestures on human figures to reflect the basic stereo-type of the signs..

I guess the title of these collection can be called 'a friendship between human and butterfly? (laugh)

End of the year Exhibition..

My uni life as a BVA student is finally over...

I feel happy and sad... I will miss my lecturers and friends..

well.. i guess i will be seeing them time to time but still..

anyway~took some photoz and will be uploading the actual illustration later ^^
